The following software will be used for developing the application:

The application will be built on n tier using Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE)

Web Tier:-

Server Operating System: Red Hat Linux 4.2 or above version/Red Hat Enterprise

Web Tier Java Enabled Server: Tomcat that should be compatible with the OS version supplied.

Middle tier Technology: JSP, Servlet, Struts, Ajax, Java Script.

Client Operating System: Any Platforms (preferred browser Mozilla)

Application Model Tier:

User ORM Tools : Hibernet, EJB 3.0, Springs

Server Operating System:Fedora 12 or above version or Cent OS

Application Server: JBoss (Tomcat embedded) that should be compatible with the OS version supplied.

Data Base:

RDBMS: LogiExcel is DataBase independent (preferred database PostGre-SQL).

Security:

Used Framework : JOSSO (Java Open Single sign on).Java Security Packages.
