Purchase Management module in Raygain’s EazyBiz streamlines procurement of needed raw materials, packing and packaging material, sub assembly and the other inventory and non-inventory items. It automates the processes of identifying prospective suppliers, supplier assessment, Supplier quote, awarding purchase order to the shortlisted suppliers and billing. Purchase module is firmly integrated with the inventory management and production planning modules.
